Courier / PM Assistant

Position Summary:

The Courier / Property Management Assistant supports daily operations by performing a combination of field and office duties. This role is responsible for ensuring properties are properly marketed, maintained, and accessible, while also providing excellent customer service to tenants, clients, and prospective renters.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and remove "For Rent" signs at designated properties Conduct property walk-throughs to assess condition and readiness Perform routine inspections and report findings to management Manage key control, including signing keys in and out to authorized individuals Support lease renewal processes, including document coordination and tenant communication Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Greet clients, tenants, and prospective tenants in a professional and courteous manner Provide general administrative and operational support to the property management team Complete other duties as assigned to support business needs Perks & Benefits We believe in taking care of our team both inside and outside of work.
