Responsibilities Support drivers with loading, unloading, and arranging packages in the warehouse and delivery vehicle. Assist in organizing delivery routes by properly positioning packages in box trucks for efficient drop-offs. Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy boxes and pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). Work with drivers at delivery sites to ensure accurate and secure distribution of packages. Provide professional customer service by greeting customers politely and answering delivery-related questions. Follow safety protocols, including correct lifting methods and warehouse procedures. Help with route navigation to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Qualifications & Experience Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required. Experience in deliveries or driving box trucks is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items safely. Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-focused attitude. Valid driver's license with route experience; courier or commercial driving background is helpful. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions and handle repeated heavy lifting.
