  • $18 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Route planning software Outdoor work Customer service Route mapping technology Driver's License Full Job Description Please Read Before Applying Driver Source Staffing is Hiring for NON CDL Route Delivery Driver in Chandler, AZ Candidate must have recent delivery driver experience.
stable work stability Passenger transport experience (valet, bus, cab, Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, etc.) do not qualify as experience. This is a physically active role with frequent stops and lifting You will be in and out of the vehicle all day You will be working outdoors in Arizona heat Soreness is normal during the first week while your body adjusts Routes and schedules are set and consistent, with limited flexibility
Pay/Schedule:
Day Shift
  • $17/hr (Sprinter van; $18/hr after 90 days of reliability & no accidents) Monday
  • Friday 6:00am
  • until finish (must also be flexible on schedule)
Responsibilities:
Local delivery Routes Home Daily Operate an extended high-roof Sprinter van 10-15 stops/day, loading/unloading up to 50 lbs You'll be assigned designated routes, provided reliable equipment, Modern in-truck technology to help you work safely and efficiently Overtime opportunities may be available based on volume
Qualifications:
21+ years of age (insurance requirement) Valid driver's license with clean MVR Experience driving commercial vehicles, box trucks, or similar (preferred) Comfortable using mobile apps, electronic routing tools, and email Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in heat and physically demanding conditions Reliable attendance and punctuality Able to work independently and follow structured processes Strong communication and customer-service mindset Must pass background check and drug screen #ARL
