YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM

You will spend 3 to 5 weeks side by side with an experienced mentor who has been where you are and knows exactly what it takes to succeed. Real truck. Real freight. Real miles. Every day of training puts money in your pocket and experience under your belt. By the time you go solo, you will not just be ready you will be confident. Paid throughout entire training period One on one mentorship dedicated to your success OTR and regional routes during training Transition to solo driving upon successful completion

YOUR PAY AFTER TRAINING

Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week

HOME TIME

2 weeks out 2 days home

REQUIREMENTS

Valid CDL-A in good standing 21 years of age or older 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school Clean record since obtaining CDL-A No unexplained employment gaps in the last 3 years No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years Must pass DOT physical and drug test (hair & urine) No failed drug tests ever Stop waiting.
