Wensco drivers are full-time employees who deliver and handle sign materials — including rolls of vinyl, sheets of plastic, and other heavy products. It's a hands-on, physically demanding job where you'll move product, help load/unload, and work as part of a warehouse team. About Wensco Wensco Sign Supply is a wholesale sign supply distributor with eight locations throughout the Midwest. We provide next-day service to customers in the sign and graphics industry and transport materials between our branches. We take pride in doing the job right — no shortcuts, no drama, just teamwork. What You'll Do Deliver sign supplies to local and regional customers (routes up to a 4-hour radius). Transfer product between Wensco branch locations. Load and unload vans — customers often help, but not always. Pick and stage orders in the warehouse when needed. Keep delivery logs and follow all safety and traffic laws. Represent Wensco with professionalism and reliability.
What to Expect Start times:
between 5:00am - 8:00am, depending on route.
End times:
vary by route completion — no overnights.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday day shifts. Some drivers work four 10-hour days (with Fridays off).
Fridays:
lighter, local routes only — overtime available.
Work type:
physical and active — frequent lifting, loading, and movement.
Culture:
team-oriented, no micromanaging, everyone helps out. What You'll Need Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to get a chauffeur's license Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly.
