The Territory You'll be delivering to:

Monticello Big Lake Zimmerman Compensation & Incentives Starting Pay:

$21.00 per hour.

Automatic Raise:

Move up to $23.00 per hour after 60 days.

Mileage Reimbursement:

We pay $0.70 per mile to cover your fuel and vehicle wear-and-tear.

Weekend Premium:

Earn an extra $50 per day for weekend shifts!

Yearly Safety Bonus:

Up to $1,000 paid out on your work anniversary for maintaining a clean safety record.

Schedule & Hours Typical Shift:

9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Hours fluctuate based on volume). Benefits That Matter Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue up to 80 hours (1 hour for every 30 hours worked).

Requirements Vehicle:

Must have a reliable personal vehicle, model year 2012 or newer , with valid registration and insurance.

Age:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical:

Ability to handle a physically demanding role (lifting, carrying, and walking).
