Delivering small packages (e.g., Temu/Amazon) averaging about 1 lb each.Equipment:
You will use your own personal vehicle (similar to driving for Uber or DoorDash).Sedans:
Hold approx. 100-150 packages.SUVs:
Hold approx. 200 packages.Vans:
Hold approx. 250-300 packages.The App:
All deliveries are managed through a mobile app that handles GPS navigation, photo confirmations, and weekly statistics.Pay & Schedule Earnings:
Starting rate of $1.60 per stop . +$0.40 extra for any additional packages delivered to the same stop. Rates increase based on performance and route difficulty.Payment:
Weekly ACH Direct Deposit ( 1099 Independent Contractor status).Schedule & Flexibility:
Work anywhere from 1 to 7 days a week. We operate 365 days a year (including Christmas).The Shift:
Sorting and loading begin promptly at 6:30 AM . Punctuality is crucial so you can load your vehicle and head out directly from the warehouse.Daily Tasks Sorting:
Scan and sort packages alongside the team into individual driver piles.Organizing:
Group your assigned packages into numbered bags (e.g., 1-20, 21-40) so they are easy to find on the road.Loading:
Pack the organized bags into your vehicle and hit the road.Routes & Locations:
We cover a large portion of Western New York (including Buffalo, Orchard Park, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, Williamsville, and more). All packages for your shift will be grouped within a single localized area. Requirements & Expectations Physical Effort:
Sorting and loading your own vehicle is the most physically demanding part of this job. You must be able and willing to handle your own loading.Accountability:
Only take the amount of work you can finish in one day. Packages cannot be held overnight due to the risk of damage, loss, and negative impacts on team performance metrics.Accuracy:
Lost packages or incorrect deliveries will result in a $40 fine per item .Work Ethic:
This is a high-pay, high-effort position. A typical route of 150-250 packages takes roughly 6 hours and pays $270- 450 per day .
