Monday-Friday, daytime hours Urgently Hiring About Us The Compressor Warehouse is a 30-year-old Houston business specializing in automotive A/C compressors and parts. We sell to body shops, mechanics, and parts stores all over the Houston metro and we also service vehicles ourselves. Summer is our busiest season and we need help now. What You'll Do Pick up parts at our warehouse near 14444 Stuebner Airline and deliver them to shops and customers across the Houston area. Most runs are local — body shops, mechanic garages, and parts stores. Some deliveries include collecting cash or check payment, and occasionally bringing back a returned part. Use our delivery app on your smartphone to receive and complete delivery assignments Load orders from our front counter Deliver to local shops and customers (mostly within 30 miles of the warehouse) Drop off outbound packages at FedEx and UPS as needed Collect payment (cash or check) when required Bring back returns and signed paperwork Help build boxes, pull parts, and do light warehouse work between deliveries What You'll Get Paid $14.00 per hour for time on the clock (including warehouse work between runs) $0.70 per mile on top, for every mile driven Paid weekly — your first check arrives the week after your first full week of work Requirements Must live within 10 miles of our warehouse (77069 area) Your own reliable vehicle — car, SUV, or pickup (most parts are small to medium) Smartphone capable of running our delivery app (used to receive every delivery) Valid Texas driver's license Current auto insurance Clean driving record Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Punctual, polite, and dependable — our customers count on us Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience as a parts driver, courier, or gig driver (Curri, Roadie, DoorDash, etc.) Knowledge of Houston-area roads Basic automotive or warehouse experience Why This Job Predictable pay — hourly + mileage, no waiting for app pings or tips Same warehouse every day — no driving back and forth to multiple pickup spots Variety — mix of driving and light warehouse work keeps the day moving Steady summer work — busiest season just kicked off How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
