$30-40/hr About the Role Ruck is building the "DoorDash of construction materials." We connect suppliers and contractors with reliable drivers to move materials fast. We're actively hiring drivers in Ogden to handle increasing delivery volume. This is a high-activity, performance-based role . The best drivers stay active, communnicate with dispatch, and maximize earnings. What You'll Do Pick up and deliver construction materials (flooring, lumber, sod, drywall, etc.) Deliver to job sites, homes, and warehouses Secure loads safely and prevent damage Communicate ETAs and delivery status Complete multiple deliveries per day when available Requirements Pickup truck (required) Trailer (strongly preferred•higher pay opportunities) Valid driver's license + clean driving record Ability to lift 50-100 lbs Smartphone for dispatch/communication Reliable, responsive, and efficient Pay Structure Earnings paid weekly Route stacking = higher daily earnings Top drivers consistently earn more by running multiple jobs per route where available.
