We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our store—greeting customers, running the register, offering great product suggestions, and helping out with our food program. Key Responsibilities Customer First:

Greet every customer with a smile and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service.

Register Operations:

Operate the cash register, accurately handle cash/credit/debit/fuel transactions, and keep lines moving quickly.

Drive Sales:

Think on your feet! Engage in friendly conversation and offer product suggestions or promotions to customers.

Food Program Support:

Work with our store's food program, ensuring fresh options, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.

Store Upkeep:

Keep shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays fully stocked; maintain the cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and outdoor work areas.

Compliance & Safety:

Check IDs for age-restricted purchases in accordance with state laws and follow all safety and security procedures.

Teamwork:

Maintain regular, predictable on-site attendance and work collaboratively with your team to crush daily goals and handle opening/closing duties. What You Are Good At (Qualifications)

Experience:

Previous retail, sales associate, cashiering, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required —we will train the right person!

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Reliability:

Punctual attendance and reliable transportation are a must. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours). Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead (up to 30 minutes per shift). Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level. Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible scheduling across day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
