We are building a strong operations team and looking for a hands-on General Manager who can lead technicians, office staff, and day-to-day operations while helping scale the business. This is not a desk-only management role. We're looking for someone who can lead people, solve problems, stay organized under pressure, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty when needed. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the company Lead and oversee all field service technicians and office staff Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and workflow Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time Support quoting and estimating for service and repair jobs Maintain high standards for customer service and communication Monitor technician performance, paperwork, and job completion Troubleshoot operational issues and help solve problems in the field when needed Work closely with ownership to improve systems, efficiency, and accountability Help hire, train, and develop employees Maintain a strong safety-focused culture Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years of management experience required Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience managing teams in a service, construction, mechanical, or operations environment Mechanically inclined and comfortable around tools/equipment Able to learn the petroleum equipment and fuel systems industry quickly Comfortable handling multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and accountable Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or service operations is a plus Experience quoting jobs or managing projects is a plus We are open to candidates from industries such as: Fuel industry / petroleum equipment Fuel polishing and fuel systems service Field service management Mechanical or electrical service companies HVAC Construction operations Fleet maintenance Industrial services Automotive or diesel service management Benefits Competitive salary ($100K-$120K) Health benefits Paid time off Growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding company Long-term leadership role To Apply Please send your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
