Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards Supervise subcontractors, trades, and vendors to maintain high productivity, quality, and compliance Enforce job site safety protocols in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to troubleshoot challenges and maintain smooth operations Monitor project schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained throughout all phases of constructionWhat We're Looking For:
Strong leadership experience in commercial ground-up construction Must live in a 5-hour range of Cumming, Georgia (must state town you live in) Need a list of jobs for the past 5 years of ground up projects only Must have 3+ years with companies on their resume Deep knowledge of safety regulations, construction methods, and quality control standards Proficient in construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools Highly organized and committed to maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient job siteWhat We Offer:
