They have excellent employee centric culture with extensive support. Job Description Manage and oversee the construction of grocery or gas station projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively and efficiently. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site.
