Job Description:
Role Description This is a full-time in-person role for a Gas Station Manager, based in Glenwood, GA (30 min south of Dublin). Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing customer service at the gas station. The Gas Station Manager will also oversee financial reporting, coordinate with vendors, and implement strategies to ensure smooth operations and drive profitability. The Gas Station includes a kitchen with made-to-order food and a breakfast/lunch hot bar. Qualifications Knowledge of inventory management, financial reporting, and operational oversight Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills Customer service expertise and the ability to foster positive customer experiences Proficiency in using technology systems for reporting and communication Time management skills with the ability to handle a dynamic work environment Basic accounting or financial knowledge to manage budgets and analyze reports Experience in retail, gas station operations, or a related business is required
