Duties Lead and supervise all station operations, including fuel sales, convenience store management, and customer service initiatives. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer experiences. Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize profitability. Oversee cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store financials with accuracy and integrity. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost sales and enhance store visibility. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies at all times. Utilize POS systems effectively for sales transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes. Requirements Proven management experience in retail or fuel station environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and inventory management. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, shift management, retail sales, and customer service excellence. Proficiency with POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, retail math, budgeting practices, and store management tools. Experience in supervising cashiering operations, inventory control processes, marketing initiatives, and wireless or grocery store sales is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills combined with effective phone etiquette and administrative experience to support smooth daily operations.
