As the Courtesy Vehicle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service. This includes greeting customers, processing reservations and returns, explaining the courtesy vehicle contract terms and services, and performing vehicle inspections. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate courtesy vehicles. Possess the ability to thoroughly explain the legalities and stipulations of the courtesy vehicle contract when delivering the courtesy vehicle to the client. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after each customer use to ensure the safety and reliability of vehicles and ensure no new damage has occurred. Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of courtesy vehicles at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Report any vehicle maintenance needs or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Experience Previous experience in a driving or customer service role is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
