Aircraft Fueler

Griffin Aviation, located at Barnstable Municipal Airport, is looking for a new full time, year round member for our Flight Line department. As a member of our team you must be a self motivated, responsible individual with the drive to provide exceptional world-class customer service with respect to activities on the ramp and interfaces with customers, pilots, passengers, and staff. Our Flight Line is open 7am to 7pm daily.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Directing Aircraft onto Ramp Parking spaces, Fueling General Aviation Aircraft, Drive aircraft towing equipment. Assisting passengers and pilots of private aircraft to load and unload luggage and arranging transportation needs. All aspects of building maintenance and cleaning. And other team support activities including assisting our aircraft technicians when needed. Great opportunity to learn the Aviation business.

Experience Requirement:

(Must have one of these to be considered) Previous aviation or military experience desired. In lieu of previous experience, must have demonstrated strong mechanical ability on resume.

Other skills:

Excellent Customer Service, Organizational and Communication Skills, Professional in appearance and mannerisms, Self motivated, dependable, personable. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Other Requirements:

Able to pass a 10 year background check to obtain Airport ID security clearance. Possess a valid MA drivers license and be US Citizen. Weekend availability is a must as that is our busiest time. Able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Griffin Avionics is a drug free workplace.
