Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles quickly and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store, and surrounding grounds. Stock shelves, merchandise products attractively, and ensure inventory levels are sufficient for customer needs. Assist customers with questions about products. Supervise store activities when needed, including overseeing other team members' tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in retail or grocery store environments. Supervising experience is a plus; capable of guiding team members and managing daily operations effectively. Strong communication skills in both bilingual settings (if applicable) to serve diverse customer bases. Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions, inventory counts, and stock management. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customers. Basic math skills necessary for balancing registers and managing cash drawers efficiently.
