Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. This role involves cash handling, upselling products, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Gas Station Attendant will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Upsell additional products such as snacks, beverages, and car care items to enhance the customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including restocking shelves and managing inventory. Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items or special offers. Provide assistance to customers with inquiries or concerns regarding products or services. Monitor fuel levels and report any issues with pumps or equipment promptly. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions. Ability to upsell products effectively while providing excellent customer service. Experience with supervising staff is a plus. Familiarity with stock management and product demos is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with customers. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
