Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Gas Station Manager and lead the daily operations of a busy retail fuel station. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee staff, manage inventory, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. As a key leader, you will create a welcoming environment for customers while maintaining smooth store functions and safety standards. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and operational excellence every day. Responsibilities Supervise daily station operations, including fueling, cashiering, and retail sales activities Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to ensure product availability Manage cash handling procedures, POS systems, and payroll processes with accuracy and integrity Implement merchandising strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns to boost sales Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and environmental standards Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with patrons Requirements Proven management experience in retail or convenience store environments with supervising responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting new team members Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers and staff Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping, and retail math Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in shift management and team development Knowledge of grocery store operations, marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, and cash handling procedures Effective communication skills paired with phone etiquette and customer service expertise Experience in budgeting, sales management, retail management, and administrative tasks is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership makes a tangible impact! $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
