Multiple shifts available Morning shifts (limited availability): 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon shifts: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Overnight shifts: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Morning shifts are not always available, but applicants may be considered for future openings. Role:

This position supports daily store operations including customer service, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Store Associates play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly and providing a positive experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers and provide friendly service Operate the register and process transactions Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise Maintain store cleanliness and organization Assist with food and beverage areas as needed Communicate any issues to management

Qualifications:

Reliable and dependable Strong customer service skills Able to stay active throughout the shift Works well independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn (training provided)

Work Environment:

This role requires standing, walking, stocking merchandise, and general cleaning throughout the shift.

Location and Scheduling Flexibility:

Hometown Markets has three store locations in Owosso (Southside, Westown, and Eastside). Employees are assigned to one primary location. During the interview process, we will discuss your preferred shift and location. Applicants may choose to be considered for one or multiple locations.

Additional Information:

Retention bonuses are available based on length of employment.
