Construction Superintendent - C-Store, Gas Station

The Role:

Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking Superintendents at all levels to lead various Retail, Restaurant, QSR, Gas Station projects through completion. You ideally will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Buildouts, and or Tenant Improvements of Big Box Retail, Grocery, Strip Centers, Clothing Retail, Restaurant, Automotive, C-Store, Fuel Stations, and or Self-Storage projects ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. Additional experience and skills will be considered: Tilt Wall, Pre-engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), Retail Warehouses, Amazon projects, and a demonstrated track record of building client relationships and finishing projects on-time and within budget. What you'll do: Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects Develop and manage project schedules. Manage subcontractor performance relationships. Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects. Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management. Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Skills 5+ years of Superintendent experience required Knowledge of construction processes and procedures Ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
