SERVICE SUPPORT AGENT

Job Overview

• How You'll Contribute:

  Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our H+H KIA location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $16/hour) Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day
• moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day's business.

Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles. Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest's name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest. Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in. Pay $16/hour.

Schedule:

Between the hours of 7am-6pm on weekdays, Saturdays 8am-1pm. Qualifications

• What You Need to be

Successful:

A passion to deliver a great Customer experience. A clean driving record. Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning). High energy partnered with a positive attitude. Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
