Job Description

Overview P6 Aviation is seeking a personable, dependable, and detail-oriented Aviation Line & Client Experience Associate to support both the daily operational needs and the client-facing standards of our flight training and aviation services organization. This is a hands-on, airport-based role with real visibility — you are often the first and last person a client interacts with on the flight line, and your professionalism directly shapes their impression of P6 Aviation. The right candidate takes as much pride in a great client interaction as they do in a clean, well-prepared aircraft. This role operates year-round in all weather conditions, including early mornings during winter months when aircraft readiness requires additional preparation. Responsibilities Client Experience & Service Serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for students, aircraft owners, and guests on the flight line and in common areas Anticipate client needs before, during, and after flights — including aircraft readiness, a clean and prepared cabin, and a courteous handoff Communicate proactively with clients regarding aircraft status, fueling, delays, or weather-related preparation, reflecting the organization's standards at all times Represent P6 Aviation's brand and culture in every interaction, maintaining a positive, service-oriented presence throughout the day Line Operations & Aircraft Care Perform routine aircraft cleaning including exterior wipe-downs and interior vacuuming, tidying, and appearance checks Pull aircraft from hangars prior to scheduled flights and coordinate with line service for fueling requests Return aircraft to hangars after flights, ensuring proper positioning and tie-down as directed Maintain hangar organization, cleanliness, and general order on an ongoing basis Monitor and inventory aircraft consumable supplies including oil, towels, and other operational items; flag restocking needs Maintain tidiness of office and common areas throughout the day Assist with additional operational tasks as directed by management Cold Weather & Winter Operations Perform early morning aircraft preheating prior to first flights on cold weather days, ensuring engines and cabins are ready for safe and comfortable operation Start and operate the ground power generator as needed to support cold weather starts and aircraft readiness Apply deicing fluid to aircraft surfaces when required prior to departure, following established procedures and safety protocols Refill TKS fluid reservoirs on equipped aircraft as needed, maintaining proper fluid levels for flight operations Perform snow and ice removal from ramp areas, taxiways, hangar aprons, and aircraft as conditions require Monitor weather forecasts and coordinate with management to ensure proactive winter readiness across the fleet Qualifications Genuine interest in aviation required; prior airport, flight school, or customer-facing service experience a plus Natural communicator — comfortable engaging with clients, handling questions gracefully, and representing an organization professionally Ability and willingness to work early morning shifts and adjust schedule based on seasonal operational demands Physical ability to push and pull aircraft, operate ground support equipment, and perform outdoor tasks in all weather conditions including cold, snow, and rain Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — able to manage recurring responsibilities without close supervision Strong attention to detail and a personal standard for how things look, feel, and function for the client Valid driver's license required Why This Role You'll spend your days on the airport, in front of clients, and embedded in a growing aviation company.
