About the
Ability to operate fuel dispensing equipment safely and accurately.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to fuel handling.
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid drivers license.
Operate fuel pumps and payment terminals accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions.
Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to management.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel station, including the forecourt and convenience store areas if applicable.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations to prevent accidents and spills.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
Perform opening and closing duties as required, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
