Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and provide recommendations to customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better customer assistance
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of technology products and technical sales experience is advantageous
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store layout and keep track of inventory levels
