Requirements and Description Responsibilities:

Supervises a team of agents in aircraft cabin cleaning and janitorial duties and coordinates daily activities to ensure a safe and effective operation. Responsible for shift schedule to include work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Responds to employee issues or complaints in a timely matter. Communicates with the Station Manager concerning any problems or issues. Schedules and conducts shift meetings. Trains, coaches, counsels, and mentors' employees in compliance with station policies. Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws. Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anit-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position. Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must possess a Government ID and social security card. Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs. Must be able to work in cramped or high places. Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
