We're looking for high-energy, dependable indivi who want more than just hourly pay. This role combines hands-on detailing, customer interaction, and performance/sales bonuses. If you like working with your hands, talking to people, and getting paid more when you perform better — you'll do well here. This is a customer-facing field role. Your responsibilities include.

What You'll Actually Do:

Interior and exterior vehicle detailing Working directly with customers at their preferred service location Explaining services clearly and professionally Recommending upgrades or future services Introducing customers to our Maintenance Program (no pressure sales) Communicating job updates and basic customer support Representing the company with professionalism and confidence You are trusted to manage your time, your work quality, and your customer interactions. • Compensation includes: 20-per/Hr + Tips Weekly and monthly bonuses Seasonal challenges with cash rewards Typical earnings range: $20
• 40 per/Hr Top performers can earn: $50+ per/Hr when work & commitment is proven, a restructure of pay will offered. this restructure will be a Revenue-Split + Tips.
