Gas Station Mobile Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The job opening is from 5am opening till 10-11am this does included weekends Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including fueling areas and convenience store. Stock shelves, merchandise products effectively, and ensure displays are appealing to customers. Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer engagement. Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering is highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with grocery store operations is beneficial. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries. Capable of upselling products through effective communication techniques.
