In this energetic role, you will oversee staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and maintain safety standards. Your leadership will drive sales, optimize store performance, and create a welcoming environment for all customers. We are looking for a motivated professional ready to take charge and inspire excellence in retail management within a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all station activities, including fueling operations, cashiering, and retail sales. Lead hiring, training, and development of team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize profitability. Oversee cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store financials with accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies to maintain a secure environment. Implement marketing initiatives and merchandising strategies to attract customers and boost sales. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships within the community. Requirements Proven management experience in retail or convenience store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math. Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development. Knowledge of budgeting, sales management, pricing strategies, and store merchandising. Ability to lead teams effectively through supervision of shift operations and staff schedules.
