Duties Safely operate shuttle buses, van, or other commercial vehicles to transport clients to appointments, recreational activities, or other destinations Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with mobility challenges or special needs Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met Communicate clearly with passengers to provide route information and address any questions or concerns Manage heavy lifting when loading or unloading luggage, mobility aids, or packages with care and efficiency Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times Experience Prior shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred; familiarity with bus driving or paratransit services is a plus Proven ability in commercial driving, including limousine or school bus driving, demonstrating excellent driving skills and safety awareness Strong communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clients and team members Experience with vehicle maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting is advantageous Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading tasks Knowledge of local routes and navigation tools to optimize trip efficiency Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type; clean driving record required and background check Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise makes a real difference!
