Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles to transport clients to and from medical facilities, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing courteous customer service and support as needed. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is in optimal condition before each shift. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger details while following company policies for documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare staff, and clients to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Handle heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility devices or luggage, ensuring safety at all times. Follow all safety regulations related to paratransit services, heavy lifting, and commercial driving standards. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or limousine services is highly preferred. Ability to Have or Obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card. 5 year Driving Record. Proven delivery driver experience or similar roles involving transportation logistics. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when assisting passengers or handling equipment. Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations related to commercial driving and paratransit services. Experience operating various vehicle types including school buses or drivers is a plus. Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are met.
