Business Contact (BC) - Fedex

About Us Loyalton Logistics is a FedEx Ground contracted service provider, delivering thousands of packages daily with safety, reliability, and professionalism. We are seeking a motivated Business Contact (BC) who will primarily run a delivery route while also helping lead and support our driver team. Key Responsibilities Act as an authorized operational liaison with FedEx and station management Support daily route execution, staffing coverage, and service performance Assist with driver supervision, coaching, and compliance oversight Reinforce safety, accident prevention, and policy adherence Help manage communication, scheduling, and operational problem-solving Support fleet readiness and day-to-day business continuity Qualifications Proven experience as a professional delivery driver (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or similar preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean MVR; ability to obtain DOT medical card. Must pass a background check and drug screen per FedEx requirements. Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset.

VERIFIABLE

driving experience (Mandatory 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years, not necessary to be driving all-day every day as long as some driving was part of the job) 2) A valid regular driver's license (Class C) 3) Legal status to work in the USA 4) Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years. . .minor tickets and accidents OK) 5) Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years) 6) Able to pass physical (including drug test) 7) Clear a 10 year DOT background check 8) Must have conversational English 9) Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest 10) Must be at least 21 years of age Please do NOT apply unless you meet the ten driver requirements listed above.
