We are looking for compassionate and reliable professionals to join our non-emergency medical transport crew. In this role, you aren't just driving—you are ensuring our patients experience a safe, comfortable, and dignified journey to and from their medical appointments. What You'll Do:
Patient Care & Transport:
Safely and compassionately transport patients to their destinations, providing excellent customer service.
Safety & Readiness:
Conduct comprehensive pre-shift and post-shift inspections of your assigned vehicle. Ensure your rig is fully fueled, safe, and stocked with necessary PPE, clean linens, and full oxygen tanks.
Documentation & Communication:
Maintain accurate transport paperwork (Face Sheets, PCS, Daily Trip Logs) and communicate clearly with dispatch and base station for transport directions. Ensure all equipment (phones, iPads, communication boards) is charged and updated.
Team & Station Upkeep:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment for our patients and crew. This includes vehicle washing, sanitizing transport equipment (gurneys, etc.) between patients, and assisting with daily base station upkeep (laundry, restocking inventory, and general tidying).
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Driving Record:
A valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record is strictly required.
Skills:
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Demands:
This role requires physical strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination. You must be able to lift and carry up to 150+ pounds (with or without assistance) and frequently stand, walk, and reach.
