In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth transportation, handling, and organization of products—supporting operations from farm pickup through packing and shipping—while maintaining high safety and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Pick up eggs from local farms and safely unload them at the packing and shipping facility Support daily warehouse operations, including: Receiving deliveries Organizing and maintaining inventory Picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment Update inventory records, complete basic documentation, and assist with cycle counts to maintain accuracy Transport intra‑company mail, supplies, and materials between company locations and vendors Follow strict TSA regulations when entering designated screening areas and transporting screened cargo Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections Clean and disinfect trucks according to SOPs and management expectations Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, lift gates, and dock plates Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Provide backup coverage for weekday delivery routes when needed Work weekend shifts as required Perform other related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Essential Skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook Experience with delivery routes Qualifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience) At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, and/or delivery Valid driver's license with a clean driving record DOT medical clearance Work Environment & Physical Requirements Regularly drive a box truck and work in warehouse settings Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and sanitizing chemicals Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds Ability to work in all weather and road conditions Required vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Schedule Tuesday
