Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Assist passengers with mobility needs, including lifting and securement of walkers or other compact mobility devices. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of your vehicle to ensure safety and reliability. Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and ensure comfort during transit. Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times. Complete trip documentation accurately using our web based app, including logs of pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle inspections. Conduct routine basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly to keep your vehicle in optimal condition. Experience Prior ride share, shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred; familiarity with NEMT services is a plus. Accident free driving experience with a valid driver's license. Experience in paratransit or school bus driving enhances your ability to handle diverse passenger needs. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and no criminal history on your background report.
