  • Position Overview:
  • As a Non-Emergency Transportation Driver at Hearts2Hearts Concierge Services you will play a crucial role in providing transportation services to individuals who require non-emergency medical transportation or assistance with their daily travel needs. We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who are dedicated to ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and punctually transport clients to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, and other destinations.
  • Provide assistance with boarding and disembarking, including the use of mobility aids if required.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and other relevant information.
  • Interact professionally and empathetically with clients, ensuring their comfort and security during transportation.
  • Qualifications:
  • Requirements (Must Already Have These) To qualify immediately, you must have: NEMT Credentials Level 2 Background Check (up to date) Current CPR/First Aid Certification ADA Wheelchair Securement Training Defensive Driving Certification Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) No DUIs or major violations Experience 1+ year NEMT experience Familiar with wheelchair vans, lifts, ramps Comfortable with facilities (hospitals, ALFs, rehabs, dialysis centers) •
