In this energetic and rewarding position, you will be responsible for transporting clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations while ensuring their comfort and safety. Duties Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed for those with mobility challenges. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met. Communicate clearly with clients to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and address special needs or concerns. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during each trip to ensure passenger safety at all times. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and client interactions; report any incidents or vehicle issues promptly. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance (full coverage) Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Physical capability for heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling equipment. Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, respectful attitude toward all passengers.
