Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver

Overview Elite Hill Side Transportation LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to join our team. In this role, you will provide safe and timely transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments, treatments, and other essential services. This position is ideal for someone who values customer care, professionalism, and making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities Transport clients safely to and from medical appointments, clinics, and facilities Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily operations Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic or delays Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and required documentation Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, and healthcare facilities Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous driving experience (professional or personal) preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Experience in NEMT, rideshare, or medical transportation CPR/First Aid certification Knowledge of local routes and navigation systems Experience working with elderly or disabled passengers Why Join Elite Hill Side Transportation LLC?
