This role involves delivering products efficiently along designated routes, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to represent our company effectively. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along assigned routes in a timely manner Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting and physical stamina Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance sales opportunities Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Organize merchandise on delivery trucks for efficient route execution and product presentation (merchandising) Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues Experience Prior experience in commercial driving or route driving is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided Strong math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management Proven ability in sales or upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and handle multiple deliveries daily Military experience is considered a plus, demonstrating discipline, organizational skills, and reliability Experience with heavy lifting, merchandising, or similar physically demanding tasks is advantageous This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
