The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting individuals to medical appointments (non-emergency), ensuring timely arrivals while providing excellent customer service. This role may involve operating wheelchair accessible vehicles. Duties Safely operate vehicles and assist wheelchair passengers following all safety precautions. Ensure all passengers arrive at their scheduled appointments in a safe and timely manner. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate logs and documentation for tracking purposes of each passenger. Provide exceptional customer service during any pick-ups and drop-offs, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally. Minimally assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles safely. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Able to pass background check and drug test screening Ability to manage wheelchair accessible vans Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
