This energetic position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on our community by ensuring clients arrive comfortably and on time. Your driving expertise, customer service skills, and dedication will help us deliver exceptional care and support to those who rely on us daily. Duties Safely operate various vehicles including shuttle buses, limousines, and commercial vans to transport clients to medical facilities and other designated locations Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and dispatchers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels Handle heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility devices or luggage while adhering to proper safety protocols Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and health guidelines to ensure a secure transportation environment Being early morning person Experience Previous shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred; familiarity with bus driving or limousine services is a plus Proven ability in commercial driving, including heavy lifting and safe vehicle operation under various conditions Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members Experience in paratransit or school bus driving is advantageous but not required Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type; clean driving record required Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues early Ability to handle multiple stops efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Join us in delivering dependable transportation solutions that make a real difference!
