Kansas (Multiple Service Areas) Job Summary We Care Transportation LLC is seeking reliable, professional, and compassionate drivers to provide safe and timely transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, hospital discharges, and other approved destinations. Drivers will assist ambulatory and wheelchair passengers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments. Assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles. Properly secure wheelchairs and mobility devices. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts. Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs. Experience in transportation, healthcare, NEMT, or customer service is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
