Overview Join our dynamic team as a Non-Medical Transportation Driver and be the vital link that gets individuals where they need to go safely, comfortably, and on time! In this energetic role, you'll operate various types of vehicles—ranging from shuttle buses to limousines—delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth, reliable transportation. Whether transporting clients to appointments, events, or community activities, your dedication will make a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Duties Safely operate shuttle buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles to transport clients efficiently and comfortably. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Load and unload luggage or heavy items as needed, demonstrating physical stamina and attention to safety. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and team members using effective verbal skills to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition for record-keeping purposes. Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., driver license), with a clean driving record. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when loading or unloading luggage or equipment. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clients and team members. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and vehicle maintenance practices relevant to commercial driving. Experience in paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus but not required.
