Delivery Driver, appliance installer and Warehouse

Job description: Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Delivery / Installer and become a vital part of bringing essential appliances into customers' homes! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely delivering, installing, and servicing a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, hoods and ranges. Your expertise will ensure each customer receives exceptional service while maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to customer locations. Install appliances accurately following manufacturer specifications and schematics. Conduct on-site setup, assembly, and calibration of appliances. Learn to perform routine appliance repairs and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues using technical manuals and schematics. Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Learn to diagnose equipment problems related to electrical systems, refrigeration, or mechanical components during service calls. Maintain detailed records of deliveries, installations, repairs, and service reports for each job. Requirements - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to problem solve on the fly. Must be comfortable operating box trucks or similar vehicles safely and efficiently. Ideal applicant would have knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC components, electrical wiring, and equipment repair techniques. Ideal applicant could assemble appliances and troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues confidently. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Ideal applicant would be a licensed Propane And Natural Gas Technician Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving a box truck is preferred.
