At Bosch, you change lives. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Westbrook, United States. In this dual role, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to customers and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Safely operate commercial vehicles (10k-26k pounds) to deliver products to customers and other company locationsConduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulationsEfficiently pick, load, and unload products using material handling equipment, including forkliftsManage customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service during deliveriesSupport warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory managementAssist with order picking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to first-in, first-out (FIFO) principlesProcess returned products, inspecting for damage and securing items for safe returnMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentCollaborate with branch team members to support overall operations and customer satisfactionAdhere to all safety protocols and contribute to the company's Zero Harm cultureAssist with other branch activities as needed to ensure operational success
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with a clean driving record2+ years of experience as a delivery driver, operating commercial vehicles (10k-26k pounds)1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environmentForklift certificationPhysical ability to lift and move heavy items safelyStrong attention to detail for accurate inventory managementExcellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
HVAC knowledgeStrong interpersonal and customer relationship skillsEffective written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated teamwork skills in a fast-paced environmentBasic analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office softwareFamiliarity with inventory management systemsThe successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment. Flexibility and efficiency are key attributes for success in this dynamic role.
