Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support our operations, including customer service, delivery driving, and warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and inquiries. Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods. Load and unload products using manual labor and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Perform route driving to deliver items efficiently while adhering to schedules. Assist in moving heavy items as required, demonstrating physical stamina and strength. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Requirements Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in loading/unloading activities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is advantageous. Familiarity with operating box trucks and delivery vehicles is essential. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred; certification may be required. Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is beneficial for certain driving tasks. Previous experience as a courier or in route driving is desirable but not mandatory.
