If you enjoy helping people, working independently, and need a flexible schedule, this is a great opportunity to make a difference in your community. Veterans are encouraged to apply! About the Role As a Transport Driver, you will safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments, treatments, and healthcare facilities while providing excellent customer service and care. Many of our clients may have mobility challenges or medical needs, so we are looking for someone patient, reliable, and comfortable assisting individuals using wheelchairs and mobility equipment. We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time drivers, with flexible scheduling available. Growth Opportunity We are looking for team members who want to grow with us. Drivers will have the opportunity to learn more about our services and may later transition into a Sales Ambassador role helping expand our community relationships and client base. Responsibilities Safely operate a company wheelchair-accessible van Transport passengers to and from medical appointments in a safe and timely manner Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, wheelchair lifts, and securing mobility devices Push and pull wheelchairs safely across inclines, declines, and thresholds Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections Communicate professionally with passengers, caregivers, and healthcare facilities Complete trip logs and incident reports accurately Participate in ongoing safety and passenger-care training Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Must pass a Background Check, MVR, and Drug Screen Must complete CPR and Safe Driver certification after hire Experience in NEMT, paratransit, shuttle, bus, van, or delivery driving preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and safety-focused Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs Basic first aid knowledge is a plus Why Join Us?
