Job Description

Responsibilities Pick up clients from residences and transport them to medical appointments Assist passengers safely entering and exiting the vehicle Secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment when required Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicle Communicate with dispatch and follow assigned schedules Provide courteous, respectful, and reliable service at all times Requirements Current Driver's License Drug Test Defensive Driver Certificate Fraud, Waste & Abuse Certificate (Yearly) HIPAA Certificate National/County Background Check 7 year (Screened within the last 90 days & updated annually) or ACHA Level II & Affidavit Motor Vehicle Report 7 year (MVR - Screened within the last 90 days & updated annually)

$16.66 - $20.00 per hour
