Responsibilities Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met and vehicles are in optimal condition. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation routes. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and healthcare providers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage, ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.
